Growth Groups
What
Is a Growth Group?
A Growth Group is a home fellowship made
up of around 10-16 people who meet weekly to study, to share,
and to support one another in their Christian lives. Each group
is led by a trained leader and/or a host couple.
A normal meeting lasts for an hour and a half, followed by
light refreshments. Some groups spend some time worshipping
together as well.
How Important Are
Growth Groups?
We consider Growth Groups to be the hub
of ministry. They're the place where the real ministry of the
church takes place as we encourage, support, and challenge one
another. We believe God doesn't want any of us to be left to
walk alone - that we need each other.
Which Group Should I
Join?
We suggest you join a group based on your
"life needs" rather than on geography or
night of the week. We've found that a group works best when
you share common interests, backgrounds, or similar aged
children. Frankly, sometimes it might take two or three groups
before you find the perfect fit. But don't worry, you'll find
it! These groups have an open door policy. You are always free
to visit.
